Once we receive your return with the molded foam insole, we craft your personalized orthotics in 12–18 business days. Finished insoles ship out within 48 hours and arrive at your door with tracking details.

If you’re not completely satisfied, return your insoles within 14 days of delivery using our prepaid shipping label. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked. Please ensure the insoles are in their original condition for eligibility.
